1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the USA takes 3–4 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping. Orders below $100 USD have a flat fee of $8 USD.

3. Will my package be discreet?
Absolutely! All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use it to monitor your shipment.

5. What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately at wangshijun039@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to update the address.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
